There is 1 year quality warranty policy if there are any issues with the parts during the first 1 year, please contact nationwidescooters please send in pictures or video, describing the issue with the product. If damage is intentional, the customer is required to pay a shipping fee for the replacement part if damage occurred any other way, shipping for replacement parts are free that also includes the part itself.

When box is open and the outcome is that the scooter is broken and can't be used, please return it, and we will send a new one.

If clients open the box and find out that the scooter is broken but we will send a free spare part to replace the broken part. Along with some compensation.

If clients open the box and see it is good. But after using it in 1 year , if there is any broken(not Intentional damage), then we will send a free spare part to replace.
